We build custom injection moulds for automotive interior trim, exterior components and functional plastic parts - from single-cavity prototype tools to multi-cavity production moulds with automatic unscrewing or valve-gate hot runners. If a part needs a high-gloss finish, corrosion-resistant tooling for flame-retardant materials, or threads formed in-mould by unscrewing, this is routine work for us, not an exception.

Lead Time: T1 Samples in 30-45 Days

T1 trial timing depends on mould complexity: simple single-cavity PP tools run 30-35 days; multi-cavity tools with automatic unscrewing or valve-gate hot runners run 40-45 days. You get a firm schedule in the quotation, and DFM feedback before steel is cut.

Mould Steels We Run

Pre-hardened: P20, 738H (1.2738), 1.2311, 1.2312. Through-hardened: H13 (1.2344) at 52-54 HRC. High-gloss and corrosion-resistant: S136 (1.2083 ESR) and NAK80. Standard mould base S45C; 2085 stainless base where anti-rust is required. For corrosive flame-retardant materials such as 5VA-rated PPE, we build full stainless configurations - 1.2083 cores and cavities in a 2085 mould base, with insulation plates and heaters for stable molding.

MOQ and Production Flexibility

Moulds: 1 set minimum. Moulded parts: from 1,000-1,500-piece pilot runs up to monthly capacity planning in the millions. Special materials with supplier MOQs (for example Menzolit) start at 500 pieces.

Sample Policy

T1 machine time and basic material cost are included in the mould price - no separate trial fee. Samples ship by international courier (DHL/FedEx) at the customer cost (EXW) or as a separately quoted line. Need parts before the tool is cut? 3D-printed prototypes with CMF finishing are about USD 125 per set, delivered in around 5 days, 100% prepaid.

Quality Control You Can Verify

Every tool passes a fixed inspection chain: steel hardness verification, electrode measurement, core and cavity dimension measurement, then final sample measurement. Machining-only mould inserts ship with a complete CMM dimension report, 100% verified against your 3D drawing tolerances. In-house metrology includes CMM (Serein, Tesa), 2D projector, hardness testers and height gauges.

Warranty and After-Sales

300,000-shot mould life warranty under normal operation and regular maintenance. Keep the mould running in our plant and daily maintenance is free for the life of the tool. If you move the mould out, settle the balance and the transfer fee, and production risk and maintenance transfer to your side.

Equipment and In-House Trial

High-speed CNC machining centres (Makino, Charmilles) with 4- and 5-axis capability, slow wire-cut EDM (WEDM-LS), precision EDM and optical curve grinding. In-house trial and small-batch production on Haitian presses from 80T to 450T, so you see real shots from the real tool before shipment.
